The selected candidates will receive a competitive compensation package, including a basic pay of ₹32,000 per month. The TMB Senior Customer Service Executive (SCSE) Salary 2024, offering a fixed Cost to Company (CTC) of ₹6,72,740 per annum, which translates to ₹56,061.67 per month. The CTC encompasses both fixed pay and various allowances, ensuring that SCSEs have a stable income and a fulfilling career with one of India’s leading private sector banks. Employees are also entitled to receive performance-based appraisal which will be paid annually @50% of basic pay i.e. Rs. 1,92,000 p.a.”

Selection Process

“The selection process for Senior Customer Service Executive (SCSE) will include the following stages:

Phase I: Online Examination
Candidates will first need to clear an online test, which will assess their knowledge and suitability for the role. The examination will be held in December 2024.
Phase II: Interview
Those who successfully clear the online examination will proceed to the interview round.”

The TMB Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2024 require candidates applying for the Senior Customer Service Executive position to be Indian citizens with a Postgraduate degree in any subject from a recognized university, completed under a regular curriculum with at least 60% aggregate marks as of 30 September 2024.
